Pizza

It had been a long time since I made pizza. This needed to be addressed. This weekend I made three – one classic margherita, one with pesto, mozzarella and fresh tomato slices, and one covered in vegetables including some rocket from the garden. No matter how often I eat or cook pizza I will never get bored of it.

I use Jamie Oliver’s dough recipe , and Sarah Carey’s marinara sauce.
