I am a cookie monster. I can never make a batch of CCCs without eating half my bodyweight in dough so I had been trying not to dig into my stash of cookie supplies. But today I finally gave in.
I have been using the Nestle Tollhouse recipe (minus 1/4 cup of flour) my whole life and I feel no need to experiment. The key to a perfectly soft,chewy cookie is to take them out of the oven before they’re done and let them finish cooking on the baking sheets.I usually give mine 9-10 minutes in the oven and at least 5 on the baking sheets after.
