Salmon Teriyaki

 

I realised recently that despite loving seafood, I hardly ever cook it at home. This needed to be remedied. I wanted something quick, easy and tasty that would also leave plenty of leftovers. This recipe for Salmon Teriyaki from Rasa MalaysiaΒ hit the spot. It was filling yet light and I made a noodle salad for my work lunch the next day. I will be adding this to my weeknight repertoire!
